The roleWe are seeking a Product Manager to join Adbri Masonry based in Stapylton, QLD.
This national role is responsible for leading the development, management and market implementation of Adbri Masonry's concrete masonry product portfolio, ensuring our products continue to deliver strong customer value and maintain a competitive position within the Australian building materials market.
Working closely with Operations, Technical, Sales and Marketing teams, you will manage the full product lifecycle, identify new market and product opportunities and drive the innovation pipeline from concept through to commercialisation.
You will also play a key role in understanding customer needs, market trends and competitor activity, translating these insights into product strategies and opportunities that support long-term business growth.
This is a highly collaborative and autonomous role suited to a commercially minded product professional who enjoys combining customer insight, market analysis and innovation to deliver practical business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Adbri Masonry portfolioManage the full product lifecycle including development, value engineering, performance monitoring and end-of-lifeIdentify product gaps and new opportunities to support long-term business growthManage the innovation pipeline including concept development, prioritisation and feasibility assessmentsPartner with Operations, Technical, Sales and Marketing to successfully commercialise recent productsConduct market analysis to understand demand drivers, pricing, market size and emerging trends across the Australian masonry and landscaping sectorsMonitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to identify opportunities and risksBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, specifiers and industry partnersCapture customer insights and translate these into clear product requirements and opportunitiesMonitor product portfolio performance including revenue, margin,



volume and market shareSupport pricing strategies through data-driven analysis and commercial insightsWork with Marketing to develop customer-focused go-to-market plans and product positioningProvide product training, technical guidance and support to the sales teamEnsure products and activities align with relevant quality, compliance and sustainability standardsChampion a strong safety culture aligned with company standardsWhat you will need to succeedRelevant tertiary qualifications or related disciplinePrevious product management and/or relevant industry experience will be highly regardedStrong strategic and analytical capability with demonstrated commercial acumenExperience managing product development, innovation pipelines or product lifecycle activitiesStrong customer and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to translate customer and market insights into commercial opportunitiesStrong relationship-building, communication and decision-making skillsAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across multiple business functionsStrong planning skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesCurrent driver's licenceWillingness to undertake occasional local and interstate travelOur businessAdbri is an Australian construction materials and industrial minerals manufacturer that has been building a better Australia since ****.
