Working within the NSW Asset Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your property management expertise while providing support across a portfolio of assets.

To succeed in this position, you will bring strong knowledge of MRI, exceptional organisational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced and evolving environment, and a proactive, solutions‐focused attitude.What You'll be DoingOverseeing the management of a portfolio of assets, predominantly retailEnsuring the centres are managed and operated to the very highest of professional standardsMaintaining strict adherence to KPIs and Management AgreementsOverseeing of facilities/operations and risk managementPreparing and implementing budgets, business plans, and owner reportsPresenting property performance to key stakeholdersMaintaining accurate lease and correspondence recordsControlling operating costs and ensure financial reporting accuracyWhat You'll BringExperience in retail centre management, assistant centre management, retail property management, or a similar property-focused roleExposure to financial management, budgeting,
