Our Norwood site has a large treatment area equipped to deal with a range of minor injuries and illnesses, and is complemented with onsite radiology, pathology, specialists and allied health.
Along with the experienced doctors and nursing support, we aim to provide outstanding patient care in an effective and timely manner.Qualifications & experienceBest Practice software Basic IT skillsExperience working in medical reception desirableExcellent interpersonal skills for interaction with patientsTasks & responsibilitiesTaking phone calls, booking in patients on Best Practice software and dealing with patient administration queries.Processing of billings via Best Practice through the use of HiCaps and Tyro.Scanning, faxing, emailing and other correspondence.BenefitsFlexible rostering with extended clinic operating hours (7 days per week).
This includes working outside of business hours, during weekends and/or on public holidays.
Penalty rates apply for after hours work.
