You will carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including painting, gardening, and general property upkeep.
Your work will directly contribute to the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of residents and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reactive and preventative maintenance across buildings, plant and equipment, furniture, fittings, gardens, lawns and carparksComplete painting and general property maintenance tasksEnsure preventative maintenance schedules are completed in a timely mannerMaintain asset acquisitions and disposals within Maintenance ConnectionManage site vehicles and loading dock areasCollaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Site Manager regarding asset management and budget planningPurchase materials and equipment in line with organisational policiesRespond to and manage maintenance‐related requests and concerns from residents and staffDevelop positive working relationships with staff, contractors and service providersEnsure compliance with WHS legislation and BaptistCare policies and proceduresRoster:3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)8:00am startWhy Join Us?

The facility consists of four separate houses, each comprising ten rooms along with a kitchen, dining, and lounge area.
Yallambee provides 24‐hour nursing and specialised care, including dementia, diabetes, and palliative care.
Residents can enjoy freshly made meals onsite, participate in activities, or unwind in the beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens and BBQ area.
