Transaction Manager
Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join a high performing, established main dealer based in Portsmouth.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the vehicle sales transaction process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Maximise finance, insurance, and add‐on product sales via effective presentation and compliant selling techniques.
Work closely with the sales team to support conversion of enquiries into sales and maintain high levels of customer service.
Ensure all financial paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA and company regulations.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, driving profitability and departmental improvements.

Package & Benefits
£35,000 basic salary plus realistic £66,000 OTE uncapped, company car, and fantastic company perks.
Shift: a fixed day off during the week, but you work Saturday and Sunday one week and have Saturday and Sunday off the next week, alternating with the other Transaction Manager.
