To view all our benefits, visit 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa Recent Zealand per week2 days from an RACP office location per week1 of the two days per week in office spent with your teamJob DescriptionAbout the RoleThis role works within our Training Services team, which is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our services include advising on program requirements,



coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa New Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors, and supervisor learning support.This role will provide secretariat and administrative support to RACP training programs and its committees, including:Coordinating training program administrationCoordinating, attending and providing high level secretariat services to committeesPreparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs, draft reports and correspondenceWorking with committees to ensure they adhere to policies and proceduresContributing to continuous improvement activitiesThis is a fixed-term, part-time position until September ****, working 15 hours per week.
Wednesday and Thursday are preferred; however, we're happy to discuss flexibility around days to suit the successful candidate's availability.The Successful Candidate Will HaveDemonstrated high level written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build effective working relationshipsAbility to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environmentAttention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborate with own and other teamsA commitment to professional client serviceCertificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration and/or experience in education/health programs or in a member based organisation is highly desirable but not essential.
