Due to increased workload, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team and provide support across customer service, order coordination, and general administration.About the RoleThis is a busy and varied role where you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting the end-to-end process from initial enquiries through to order completion.
Working closely with internal production and operations teams, you will ensure customers receive timely updates and an exceptional level of service.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailProcessing customer orders and updating information within company systemsCoordinating order schedules and liaising with internal production teamsProviding customers with updates regarding order progress and delivery timeframesPreparing quotations and processing customer requestsManaging customer records and ensuring data accuracyHandling general administration, filing, and documentation requirementsAssisting with invoicing and purchase order administrationBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliersSupporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasksAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service, administration, or order processing roleStrong communication skills and a professional phone mannerExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesExperience using CRM, ERP, or similar business systemsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelA proactive attitude and willingness to support a busy team environmentWhat's on Offer?
