You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venueKnowledge in cocktails and beverage productionDemonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectationsAdaptable and able to multi-taskTime management skillsAttention to detailStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeProfessional presentation and strong communicationAble and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shiftsMust obtain valid RSA CertificateWorking with Lucas Collective:At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
