With an enviable reputation of excellence in girls' education and world class facilities, St Hilda's School has a long and proud history of outstanding academic achievement, grounded in strong Anglican Christian values.About The PositionKey responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Cleaning classrooms, boarding houses, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas, emptying bins and replacing liners, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces and wiping down desks, sanitising high-touch areas including door handles and light switches, restocking bathroom supplies and cleaning products, sweeping, leaf blowing and gurneying pathways, courtyards, stairs,



walkways and outdoor areas, removing cobwebs from building exteriors, eaves, and covered areas, reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to management, and following all health and safety protocols.About YouPrevious cleaning experience (school or commercial settings preferred but not essential)Strong work ethic and attention to detailReliability, punctuality and honestyWillingness to follow instruction, seek and receive feedbackAbility to work independently in a designated work run area and manage time effectivelyWillingness to pitch in and help othersPhysical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, standing for extended periods, walking on uneven ground and up/downstairsAbility to use cleaning equipment such as leaf blowers and pressure hosesCollaborative team player who contributes to school community.Why Join St Hilda's School?
