Job DescriptionWorking alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll help keep our busy kitchen running smoothly and consistently.You'll be:Preparing and cooking quality pub/bistro mealsWorking busy services of ******* covers per daySupporting and leading the kitchen team during serviceCatering for functions, events and tour groupsTraining and supporting junior staffMaintaining quality, consistency and presentationManaging stock, portion control and wastageMaintaining high food safety and cleanliness standardsAbout the CandidateWe're looking for someone who can handle the heat, work well as part of a team and jump in to get the job done.
