Job DescriptionGibson Dentistry is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Traralgon, Victoria.
This is a casual role, the right applicant may have the option of ongoing employment with the option to transition to part time.What you'll be doingAnswering Patient telephone callsAssisting the dentist during examinations and proceduresSterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instrumentsPreparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are well‐stockedGreeting and welcoming patients, and providing excellent customer servicePerforming administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient recordsEnsuring the dental practice adheres to all relevant health and safety regulationsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within the dental industry is preferred, but not requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patientsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‐paced environmentFamiliarity with dental terminology, procedures,
