12-month max term part-time opportunity (2 days per week) |Versatile location across NSW, ACT, WA, VIC or TASEnjoy a flexible and collaborative work environment focused on delivering better outcomesDrive adoption, training and continuous improvement of clinical systems across Residential Aged CareAbout the roleWe are seeking a Clinical Systems Facilitator to join our Residential & Retirement Living Quality team.
In this role, you will support the effective use of our clinical systems by delivering training, developing learning resources, and providing ongoing coaching and support to staff across our residential aged care homesWorking closely with the Clinical Systems Manager and become part of the Clinical System Team, you will help drive system adoption, build staff capability, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to quality and compliance outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining education, clinical knowledge and technology to enhance care delivery and user experience.About youFormal qualifications in education, facilitation and/ or training, minimum Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)Clinical knowledge with experience in aged care preferredExperience with overseeing quality systems and undertaking auditing and continuous improvement programsDemonstrated experience in education and training design/delivery online and face to facePrevious experience with using or supporting electronic clinical systemsStrong facilitation skills and experience across a range of modes of deliveryStrong computer/technical skills - ability to use various clinical systems, MS Excel,
Word and TeamsHigh level of written and oral communication skillsSound knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements for Residential Aged CareA proactive, positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute positively to an existing high-performing team cultureCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across BaptistCare sites, including interstate travelQualification in Aged Care, Nursing or a related discipline; RN or EN qualifications will be highly regardedExperience developing clinical or systems-based training programs and resourcesKnowledge of aged care legislation, standards and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvementIf you are passionate about supporting people through learning, driving the successful use of clinical systems, and contributing to quality care outcomes for older Australians, we'd love to hear from you.About UsBaptistCare is a leading purpose-led care organisation, guided by our Christian identity and serving people and communities across Australia for more than 110 years.
