A proudly Australian manufacturer and industry partner, we provide whole of life solutions to multinational defence, government, maritime, energy and resource sectors.We are looking for ExperiencedDredge Operators to join our team in Swansea on a Casual basis.This role involves:Carrying out of all dredging related activities on Birdon's dredges, workboats and workpunts.Monitoring, tracking/recording of dredging production, and relevant HSEQ items.Assisting with general maintenance and housekeeping of all plant, equipment,



and facilities.Required criteria to be successful in this role:Nationally accredited General Construction Induction (White Card)Strong commitment to quality principles and dedication to workplace safetyHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional criteria not essential but highly regarded:Current Open Coxswain Grade 1 certificationExperience Operating Excavators (30T)Experience Operating Telehandlers (7T and above) - as well as Forklift and NonSlewing Crane LicenceHigh Risk Work Licenses (Dogging, Riggers, Forklift, EWP, Non-Slewing Crane)Welding tickets/experienceMDG 25Working at HeightsFirst AidMechanical or Electrical TradeWe deliver value for our customers through our cutting-edge people, organisational agility, and operational excellence.
