You'll provide a mix of:Emotional support and companionshipDomestic assistance and community accessFollowing strict guidelines outlined in care planExperience supporting clients with high mental health needs (desirable)Note: This role involves supporting a participant with complex psychosocial needs and includes managing behaviours of concern, personal care, and maintaining a safe living environment.You'll be great in this role if you are/haveSympathetic, empathetic and personable!
