dressing and toiletingSupporting daily living activities such as meal preparation, household tasks and community accessAssisting with mobility, transfers and the use of assistive equipmentAdministering medication in accordance with training and organisational proceduresSupporting mealtime management and specialised dietary requirements where requiredHealth and WellbeingSupporting participants to attend health and medical appointmentsProviding High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (where appropriately trained)Following health-related instructions provided by medical professionalsPositive Behaviour SupportImplementing Behaviour Support PlansRecording and reporting behaviours of concernFollowing protocols relating to restrictive practicesDocumentation and ComplianceMaintaining accurate progress notes and incident reportsFollowing participant risk assessments and support plansAdhering to organisational policies, safeguarding requirements, and workplace health and safety obligationsGoal-Oriented SupportSupporting participants to achieve their individual goalsEncouraging independence,
