You work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Dining Service Champions and Lifestyle Officers to ensure every resident's day is safe, comfortable and meaningful.Key responsibilities include:Provide secure,



respectful and individualised personal care aligned to each resident's care planSupport residents with daily living including mobility, hygiene, meals and social engagementRespect resident dignity, preferences, routines and independence at all timesObserve and report changes in resident mood, comfort and wellbeing to the nursing teamParticipate in dining and lifestyle experiencesMaintain accurate and consistent care documentationSkills and experienceExperience in aged care or a similar support roleUnderstanding of person-centred care and resident rightsAbility to work cooperatively as part of a multidisciplinary teamResident-first, collaborative and values-led, bringing genuine enthusiasm, warmth and empathy to your work every dayConsistent and reliable, showing up dependably for every shift and taking accountability to residents and the care teamObservant and proactive, noticing subtle changes in residents' health, mood or behaviour and escalating concerns earlyCertificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)Experience in aged care or a similar support role (preferred)
