Michael Hill is looking for a talented Social Designer to create engaging content that connects with customers and drives brand impact across our digital channels.Working closely with our Creative and Social teams, you'll develop compelling content and marketing assets that support retail, brand and digital marketing initiatives.
From concept development through to final execution, you'll help bring campaigns to life across multiple platforms.What You'll Be DoingCreate engaging social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and PinterestDesign static, motion and video assets aligned to brand guidelinesContribute creative ideas and innovative concepts for campaigns and content briefsPlan and execute content shoots across studio,



in-store and on-location environmentsMonitor social trends and platform updates to keep content relevant and engagingPrepare and finalise artwork to a high standard with strong attention to detailCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that drive engagement and brand growthAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Minimum 2 years' experience in a Graphic Design or similar creative roleStrong graphic design and visual storytelling capabilityExperience creating content across static, motion and video formatsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other design toolsA solid understanding of social media trends, platform behaviours and emerging content formatsExcellent communication, organisation and time management skillsA collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and continuous improvementTertiary qualification in Design or a related disciplineWhy Join Us?
