As we continue to grow rapidly, we remain committed to empowering individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.The Service Coordinator is a front-line position acting as a representative of My Guardian providing the services offered by the company.The role will be full-time, on-site at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are effectively covered and services run smoothly.Build strong relationships with clients and families, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused support experience.Provide on-call support on a rotating roster to manage urgent shift changes and ensure continuity of care.Work closely with clients, carers, and Case Managers to help achieve individual care goals and outcomes.Assist with NDIS and aged care program coordination, including service delivery, budget reviews, and compliance.Coordinate client-related services and resources, including maintenance, clinical products,
