You will drive training in induction, product knowledge, and sales techniques, ensuring top-tier customer experiences as we scale our New Store rollout program.This field-based role requires travelling across stores, including leading host stores for several weeks during openings, to embed our sales culture and deliver solid commercial outcomes.
