They're organised, fast-moving, and focused on creating a smooth experience for both their clients and technicians.About the RoleAs Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of the office, overseeing job scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and compliance documentation while keeping internal systems and records running smoothly.
Reporting directly to the Director, you'll play a key role in driving efficient workflows and ensuring a skilled experience for every client, tenant, and technician who deals with the business.This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes initiative, thrives on staying organised, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee job scheduling and coordinate technicians in line with operational prioritiesManage client and tenant appointments, bookings, enquiries, and follow-upsOwn the invoicing process, ensuring invoices are prepared and issued accurately and on timeMaintain and improve job management and invoicing systems, ensuring all job information is complete and up to datePrepare, issue, and file compliance certificates and documentationMaintain accurate records, job files, and internal systemsProvide administrative support and guidance to the operations and management teamsAct as a key point of contact for clients,
