Vinarchy in Rowland Flat, South Australia operates a NATA-accredited laboratory for vintage.
As a Vintage Laboratory Assistant you will collect, prepare and analyse juice and wine samples, working with contemporary analytical equipment to support winemaking and production teams.The role is shift-based on an 18/7 roster during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
You will work in indoor and outdoor environments and follow SOPs to ensure quality and consistency across the vintage.
