We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a large Mining MSP.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build on their agency recruitment experience and broaden their skills across talent acquisition, contract fulfilment, and workforce delivery in a large, structured environment.You'll work as part of a supportive team on a complex account, gaining exposure to how recruitment operates at scale.About the role:Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide market insightSource and assess candidates across blue‐collar, white‐collar, and technical rolesSupport contractor onboarding, compliance, and mobilisation activitiesAct as a key point of contact for candidates and contractors throughout their lifecycleWork closely with Business Partners, mobilisation, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure smooth deliveryMaintain accurate system records and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesAbout you:Recruitment or talent acquisition experience,
