ensuring each young person's specific needs and safety requirements are met.Who We're Looking ForThis role suits an experienced Youth Worker who is ready to hit the ground running.
You will bring:At least 12 months' experience working with youthExperience working with high-risk clientsExperience withintheresidential caresectorAn understanding of trauma-informed practice and positivebehavioursupportframeworksExposure to child safety principles and practiceConfidentnavigating Microsoft365& CTARSsoftwareIfyou'reearly in your career but have transferable experience, for example, a relevant qualification combined withhandsonexperience from another industry,we'dstill love to hear from you.The Role & What It RequiresConfidence is key.This role requires you to make quick decisions, holdboundariesand stay grounded when things get intense.We need someone who trusts their own judgement and isn't afraid to lead in the moment.Qualities required:Genuine passion for supporting young people, paired with optimism and motivationStrongorganisationalskills, with close attention to detail and due diligenceClear, transparent communication that puts the young person's needs firstA willingness to learn and adapt to each young person's circumstancesResilience and a level head under pressurePerseverance and anon-judgementalapproach to every young person in careDay-to-day responsibilities:Meeting the daily needs of young people in care, whilemaintaininga clean and safe environmentFollowing structured schedules and routines that give young people consistency and stabilitySupporting each young person's individual goals, in collaboration with the wider teamCompleting administrative tasks, including shift logs, incidentreportsand medication documentation via CTARSWorking a range of shifts, including mornings, days,
