Category 5 Labour Management is seeking reliable and experienced Production Yard Hands and General Labourers with a current LF Forklift Licence to join our client, a well-established Australian manufacturer and supplier of bricks, concrete blocks, pavers and other building products.These are hands‐on roles combining forklift operation, production work and manual handling within a busy outdoor manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operate forklifts to move and organise product packsLoad, unload and relocate products safely around the yardAssist with manufacturing concrete blocks and masonry productsPick, pack and strap finished productsComplete quality checks on finished productsAssist with production machinery and general labouringComplete repetitive manual handling throughout the shiftMaintain clean and safe production and yard areas
What We're Looking For:
Current LF Forklift Licence – essentialPrevious forklift operating experience – essentialCurrent WA Driver's Licence and reliable transportPrevious manufacturing, production,



yard or similar hands‐on experienceReliable work history and valuable attendancePhysically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handlingComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong commitment to workplace safety Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screeningAbility to complete required online onboarding and site inductions prior to commencement
