We are also open to considering experienced 2nd Class Sheetmetal Workers and Insulators who have a strong background in marine fabrication and are looking to further develop their skills within a high-performing team.This is an excellent opportunity to work on significant marine projects with the potential for the right candidates to transition into a permanent position.
The role also offers opportunities for career growth and development across multiple disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate, install and repair Sheetmetal components within a marine environmentComplete class renewal and maintenance scopes to a high standardRead and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructionsHigh attention to detail and quality workmanshipReliable, proactive and committed to delivering quality outcomesPerform accurate measuring, cutting, forming and installation of sheet metal materialsWork with aluminium, stainless steel and other marine-grade materialsEnsure all work meets quality, safety and project requirementsCollaborate with trades, supervisors and project teams to deliver successful outcomesAbout You:Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Sheet metal)
