This role extends well beyond administration.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping authentic relationships with patients and establishing trust throughout their treatment journeyTaking the time to understand each patient's individual needs, objectives, concerns and any obstacles to treatmentCommunicating treatment recommendations clearly, including the proposed plan and required next stepsDiscussing treatment costs, payment methods and available financing options with patientsResponding to patient enquiries and providing reassurance when concerns or questions arisePreparing tailored patient resources and treatment-planning information to support informed decision-makingFacilitating treatment acceptance and ensuring a smooth transition to the scheduling teamMaintaining contact with patients who require additional time before committing to treatmentProviding consistently high-quality communication while keeping patient information and records accurate and up to dateAbout youCommunicate effectively with a wide range of patients and personality typesBuild genuine connections and create a sense of trust and comfort from the outsetHave confident, respectful conversations about complex treatment options and significant financial commitmentsBring a results-focused and commercially aware mindset to the roleWork comfortably with agreed targets,
