You'll help customers find the perfect products and gifts, keep the store looking beautiful and support the team during busy trading periods.Your responsibilities will include:Providing friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer serviceAssisting customers with product and gift selectionsProcessing sales and transactionsReplenishing stock and maintaining beautiful product displaysGift wrapping and preparing purchases for customersKeeping the store clean, organised and well presentedSupporting stock deliveries and general store operationsWorking collaboratively with the wider store teamAbout YouWe're looking for people who are positive, reliable and genuinely enjoy helping customers.You'll ideally have:A warm, friendly and confident approach to customer serviceAn interest in homewares, interiors,



gifting and lifestyle productsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work well in a busy retail environmentA proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever neededPrevious retail or customer service experience, although this isn't essentialChristmas AvailabilityAs this is a seasonal position, we're looking for team members with solid availability throughout the Christmas trading period, including weekdays, weekends and peak trading days.Flexibility with hours and availability during November, December and the post-Christmas period will be highly regarded.Why join Alfresco Emporium?
