In this role, you'll provide outstanding service to clients selling or refining precious metals, accurately calculate values, costs and turnaround timeframes, and prepare clear instructions for the manufacturing team.
You'll play a key part in ensuring all customers' requirements are understood and communicated with precision.What's involved:Deliver friendly and professional customer service to a diverse range of clients.Communicate clearly with customers and accurately relay information.Process customer orders and provide timely follow-up throughout the process.Calculate measurements, quantities,
