Their in-house marketing team is expanding, and they're now looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of organic social across the brand portfolio.This is a hands-on content creation role for someone who genuinely understands social.
The content you create won't sit on social alone; it will also be used across websites, email marketing and paid Meta campaigns.You'll work alongside a Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Marketer and Web Developer, with genuine scope to progress into broader digital marketing responsibilities as the team grows.What you'll be doingOwn the organic social media presence across multiple brandsPlan, create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTubeCapture photography and video of products, customer projects, displays and behind-the-scenes activityCreate engaging Reels, short-form video and social-first contentEdit photo and video using Canva,



Adobe Creative Suite or similarWrite captions, blogs, buyer guides and other marketing contentAppear on camera to demonstrate products and create educational contentMonitor engagement, respond to comments and grow the online communityReview performance data and audience insights to continually improve contentSupport product launches and wider marketing campaignsBuild and send EDMs via KlaviyoUpdate Shopify sites with products, images and contentCoordinate influencer and content collaborationsWhat you'll need3+ years' experience in a social media, content or marketing roleStrong photography, video editing and copywriting skillsAn understanding that social media is a marketing tool, not just a creative outletThe ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlinesA track record of producing qualified content that reflects a premium brandOrganised, proactive and detail-focused, with the confidence to make decisions and solve problems independentlyComfortable both behind the camera and occasionally in front of it
