Talk to us about how this could work for you.Hours per fortnightThis is a day worker position working 73.5 hours per fortnight.Flexible options available.DutiesForecast and manage daily staff redeployments and scheduling for the Tasmania Prison Service, utilising rostering software.Ensure accurate administration of rostering and overtime allowances in accordance with the Rostering and Overtime Policy and the Correctional Officers Agreement (COA).
Manage and administer staff shift swaps, training and workers' compensation plans in alignment with organisational policies,
