We're looking for a highly engaged, hands-on 2IC Retail Manager to support the day-to-day retail operations of our Hectorville store.
You'll partner with the Retail Manager to lead the team on shift, uphold merchandising standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across beauty, health and community pharmacy.Key responsibilitiesLead by example on the shop floor; open/close and run shiftsSupport daily and weekly rostering; manage on-the-day adjustmentsCoach team members to deliver exceptional service and meet KPIsMaintain merchandising, ticketing and planogram standardsMonitor stock accuracy, replenishment and shrink controlsEnsure store presentation, safety and regulatory complianceAct as the Store Manager's delegate when requiredAbout youExperience as a 2IC/Assistant Manager/Senior Team Leader (pharmacy retail preferred)Robust communicator who builds positive relationships with team members, customers and suppliersSharp attention to detail with solid stock control and merchandising skillsPractical problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and keeps the store running smoothlyComfortable with POS systems and basic reporting; roster flexibility incl.
