You will be joining a professional, high-performing environment where client service, attention to detail and long-term relationships are highly valued.Your new roleThis is an Adelaide-based Associate position on a 24 month fixed term contract, supporting two Investment Advisers.
The role would suit an experienced Associate, ideally with 3 to 5 years in a similar wealth management or financial services support role.Conduct client onboarding, account opening, ongoing account maintenance and portfolio administrationSupport two Advisers with meeting preparation, follow up actions, proposals, pitch documents and review packsManage settlement obligations including funds and securities due, cash and asset transfers, margin calls, corporate actions, quote requests, IPOs and placementsWork closely with clients, Advisers and internal teams including Operations, Investment Solutions, Financial Planning and Wealth ManagementCoordinate cash and stock transfers, corporate actions and international trading executionAssist with client queries, routine account issues and documentation updates,



with a strong focus on service and accuracyProactively manage annual reviews, risk profile renewals and expiring documentationWhat you'll need to succeedExperience in private wealth management, stockbroking, investment advice support or a similar financial services roleIdeally 3 to 5 years experience in an Associate or comparable client support roleStrong client service, communication and relationship management skillsHigh attention to detail, strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentA resourceful, self-starting approach with a high focus on compliance and service standardsExperience with AML/KYC, client onboarding or account maintenance would be highly regardedRG146 accreditation, or willingness to obtain it quickly.Managed funds and securities capability would be highly regardedExperience within wealth management or a similar sector is preferredWhat you get in returnAn initial 24 month fixed term contract with an established private wealth firm that has the opportunity to convert to a permanent roleThe opportunity to support experienced Advisers and work with sophisticated HNW and UHNW clients within a high-quality, collaborative environmentExposure to global investment solutions, complex portfolios and a high-quality advisory environmentTwo days working from home each weekOngoing development, with support to keep relevant accreditations up to date and develop your career over time
