We are looking for a safety-focused and reliable Operator to join our Product Distribution Centre in Cairns.

quality standards and site proceduresConduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues to support plant reliabilityAccurately complete operational records and ERP transactions (SAP/D365)Maintain high standards of housekeeping and environmental compliance across the siteFollow secure work procedures and actively contribute to Ridley's Zero Harm cultureWork collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and transport providers to achieve operational and customer service outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and operational performanceThe Key Skills Required For This Role IncludeExperience operating fixed and/or mobile plant within a production, manufacturing, logistics or distribution environmentStrong commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental complianceCurrent Queensland Driver LicenceAbility to work effectively as part of a teamGood communication and problem-solving skillsSound computer skills, including experience with ERP systems such as SAP or D365 (desirable)Loader or other mobile plant competency (desirable)We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.There are big advantages that come with Ridley being Australia's largest and leading animal nutrition company.
