Across the state, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.About The Role And Where You'll Be WorkingJuniper Gerdewoonem is a small residential home featuring 35 rooms with individualised support through person-centered care approach.
The facility has access to various communal areas, including multiple dining rooms, a spacious central activity room, and cozy lounge areas.
The home has beautifully landscaped courtyards, gardens, and a fire pit.
Gerdewoonem also collaborates with elders and local community members to foster a strong connection to culture and family.As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans.
Demonstrated experience in the mentoring and supervision of care staff and the awareness of AN-ACC required assessments is needed.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual passionate about this vocation to join the team.
