This job is open for expressions of interest onlyAs aService Advisor, you will provide an outstanding experience to our loyal, valued customers by organising service bookings and liaising with guests, costing and invoicing repairs and working closely with the workshop and parts department.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicating vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications to service clients in a manner that can be easily understoodObtaining accurate parts and labour pricesEncouraging our clients towards service offerings where appropriate to their individual motoring needsKeeping clients up to date on the servicing of their vehicleHandling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolutionPreparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely mannerAbout youExcellent customer service and presentation skillsStrong organisational skills / follow processes and proceduresCompetency with IT systems / ERA experience a plusCalm and productive / maintain high work standards and accuracyStrong relationship-building ability / grow businessMercedes-Benz or prestige/luxury market services advisors experienceA valid QLD driver's licenceWhat's in it for you?
