Responsible for delivering essential services, maintaining infrastructure, and driving community development, they play a key role in one of Queensland's most significant mining and agricultural regions.
Due to ongoing project requirements, they are seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.Your recent roleOperate and maintain plant equipment safely and efficientlyFollow and uphold workplace health and safety proceduresAssist with general labouring duties as requiredComplete pre-start inspections and report hazards or defects promptlyCarry out additional tasks as directed by supervisorsWhat you'll need to succeedRoller Operations Statement of Attainment or relevant ticketConstruction White CardCurrent Queensland Class C Driver's Licence (minimum)Ability to work across rural sites, including staying in camp accommodation when requiredA positive attitude and flexibility to undertake both operating and labouring dutiesWhat you'll get in returnIn return, you'll secure a role with a council that values work-life balance and offers a family-friendly 9-day fortnight roster.
