What you will do: Contact pending and recall patients to progress their treatment journey You’re the friendly face of our practice, greeting and welcoming patients Manage a high volume of phone calls, schedule appointments, and process payments Work collaboratively with the wider team to provide exceptional patient experience Proactively complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required What you will bring:
