Job Description

Datacom is seeking an Organisational Change Manager I for a 12-month fixed-term role to lead the transition from Cherwell to Service Now. You will drive ITSM change, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and adoption across the MSP.

This role offers the option to work from Auckland, Brisbane or Melbourne and requires proven change leadership, Service Now/ITIL knowledge, and experience with large-scale transformations.
