Job Description

Pepperstone Group in Melbourne is seeking a Data Governance & Enablement Lead to shape governance at scale. You will partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance and the wider business to build trusted data, enable data-driven decisions and drive data literacy across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Data Platforms & Engineering, you will lead a small global team, establish frameworks, catalogues and quality controls, and balance governance with agility while supporting growth initiatives.
