Claudio Bakehouse in Busselton is looking for an experienced Baker / Pastry Chef to join our team.

We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in professional bakery and pastry production.

The ideal candidate should have experience with bread and dough production, focaccia, laminated products such as croissants and other pastry items, and be confident working independently in a busy production workplace.

The position requires flexibility with working hours. Some shifts may start as early as 2:00-3:00am depending on production requirements, so applicants must be comfortable and available to work early morning shifts when required.

This is a casual position paid hourly.

The role also includes assisting with daily shop operations when required, including preparing and serving our products.

We are looking for someone reliable, humble, organised and able to work well as part of a team.

Previous professional bakery or pastry experience is essential. This is not an entry-level position.
