end to end accounts payable (processing invoices - dealing with queries - preparing payment runs)

various reconciliation work (credit card, bank)

managing accounts inbox

additional ad hoc tasks to assist with overall team

What you'll need to succeed

end to end accounts payable experience (2+ years)

ERP system exposure is highly desirable, such as : Pronto, SAP, Dynamics 365, ...

good excel skills : pivot tables / lookup

excellent communication skills

strong work ethic with a team player attitude

only candidates with full Australian work rights can be considered
