This is an exclusive chance to play a key role in the delivery of a landmark Technology Program, supporting one of the most significant infrastructure projects currently underway in Western Australia.

This is a genuinely complex and high-profile technology program, with a broad range of systems being integrated into the new terminal environment. You'll work alongside major technology partners, design consultants, Qantas and senior internal and external stakeholders, helping shape the technology landscape from design through to delivery.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Technology, you will provide senior leadership and oversight across the technology program, ensuring delivery is on time, quality expectations are met and key risks and dependencies are actively managed.
You will:

- Lead a complex, multi-vendor technology program through design and delivery.
- Hold delivery partners accountable for outcomes, timelines, risk and quality.
- Work closely with lead design consultants to ensure technology is properly integrated into the terminal design.
- Engage directly with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across a major greenfield infrastructure program.
- Provide clear reporting, governance and recommendations to senior leadership and Board.




- Support procurement and budget approval processes.
- Challenge constructively, ask the right questions and keep the program moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

- Has led large, complex technology or infrastructure programs.
- Is highly experienced managing vendors, contractors and systems integrators.
- Can influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
- Is confident operating at Board and executive level.
- Brings a "get it done" mentality and takes ownership.
- Is proactive, independent and comfortable making decisions.
- Can remain calm and measured in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Is genuinely excited by the opportunity to work on a major, once-in-a-generation project.

Experience across hospitals, aviation, transport, major infrastructure or other complex environments will be highly regarded.

Additional benefits include:

- $200,000 - $220,000 + super
- 15% annual bonus (Bonus is discretionary and not guaranteed)
