We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position working 4 days per week, with the occasional Saturday. About the Role Greeting patients and their families Managing appointments, phone calls and emails Chairside assisting the dentists and oral health therapists Instrument cleaning,



sterilisation and infection control Processing payments and health fund claims Maintaining a clean and organised reception and clinical environment Providing excellent customer service to our patients and families About You Have previous experience in a dental reception and/or dental assisting role Enjoy working with children and their families Have a bright, bubbly and positive personality Be organised with excellent communication and time management skills Be reliable, professional and able to work well within a team Be confident using computers and learning new software Experience using Praktika software is a bonus, but not essentialA Certificate III in Dental Assisting is desirable, but not essential What We OfferA supportive and friendly team environmentA modern, well-equipped practice Ongoing training and support The opportunity to work in a rewarding children's dental practice
