Your new role

This is a newly focused growth role aimed at increasing market penetration across:

Electrical contractors

Solar and renewable energy projects

Utilities and electricity transmission networks

Data centres and critical infrastructure

Electrical wholesalers

Commercial and industrial end users

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales growth strategies, identifying emerging market opportunities,



building long-term customer partnerships and influencing future product development through market insight.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute market growth strategies across the electrical and energy sectors

Build relationships with utilities, energy network operators, EPC contractors, electrical contractors and project owners

Identify and secure new business opportunities across solar, renewable energy and infrastructure projects

Manage and grow key accounts, strengthening customer engagement and market share

Establish and expand routes to market through electrical wholesale partners

Deliver market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback to support strategic planning and product development

Represent the business at industry events, trade exhibitions and sector forums

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with customer and market requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in business development, technical sales or account management within the electrical industry

Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, transmission networks or related industries





Established relationships across contractors, wholesalers, utilities or project delivery environments

A strategic approach to identifying and converting growth opportunities

Robust commercial acumen and influencing skills

The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across a global organisation

Experience working within a multinational or technical B2B environment will be highly regarded

Relevant qualifications in engineering, electrical technologies, business or a related discipline.
