Looking to step into a Property Management role where you can manage a boutique portfolio of premium properties without the overwhelming numbers?

We're recruiting for a polished and proactive Property Manager to join a boutique agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an initial portfolio of approximately 50 high-end properties across the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

With no leasing, no trust accounting and no BDM responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to focus on your portfolio, build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional level of service.

The Role

- Managing a small premium portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears and bond management

About You

- Minimum 12 months' experience within residential Property Management
- Must hold a min Certificate of Registration or Class 2
- Polished, professional and confident presentation
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with high-end landlords and tenants
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, IRE, DocuSign or Live Forms advantageous
- Suitable for a Junior PM ready to step up or an experienced PM looking for a smaller, boutique portfolio
