- Essential: Proven experience with InEight Document (TeamBinder)
About the Role
You will play a vital role in coordinating complex document workflows, quality checks, and training across InEight, SharePoint, and Content Manager to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive Quality: Conduct document control quality checks and ensure compliance with project management plans and state record-keeping policies.
- Manage Systems: Administer InEight (TeamBinder), MS Teams, SharePoint, and Content Manager data sources.
- Support the Team: Facilitate regular training sessions for project members and assist with reporting, archiving, and audits.
About You
- Demonstrated previous experience using InEight Document (TeamBinder).
- Major infrastructure or construction project experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative, organised, and proactive.
