The Opportunity

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to a seasoned HR professional who enjoys balancing operational employee relations work with broader people and culture initiatives. You will partner closely with leaders across the business to build capability, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure best practice people management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, grievances, misconduct matters, and employment legislation.
- Partner with leaders across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, workforce planning, restructures, and organisational change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, policies, and governance requirements while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best-practice people management frameworks.
- Build leadership capability through training, mentoring, and guidance on people management, workplace conduct, and employee relations matters.
- Contribute to strategic People & Culture projects,



continuous improvement initiatives, organisational development programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Support remuneration reviews, workers' compensation, return-to-work programs, and broader workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive a positive workplace culture by providing trusted advisory support and fostering effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
