As the brand continues to evolve, they are now trialling an exciting new position designed to place greater focus on stock, commercial performance and ensuring the right product is available at the right time.

About the Role
This is not your traditional back-of-house stock role.
As Stock Lead, you will sit at the heart of the store's commercial operation, taking ownership of stock flow from delivery through to the shop floor and using sales performance to guide priorities.

You'll understand what is selling, what needs replenishing, where stock needs greater visibility and how markdowns and visual merchandising can help maximise results.

Working closely with the Store Manager and wider leadership team, you will:

- Manage incoming stock, deliveries and stockroom organisation
- Drive efficient replenishment to maintain strong product availability
- Monitor sell-through and stock performance to identify commercial opportunities
- Support markdown activity and ensure changes are executed accurately
- Partner with the team around visual merchandising and product placement
- Maintain high stock accuracy and strong operational standards
- Prioritise workload within a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Support the sales floor and customers when required
- Work collaboratively across a large store team to keep product moving efficiently

This position is initially offered as a six-month contract while the business trials the role and its impact within the store.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who sees stock as much more than boxes arriving through the door.





You'll understand the connection between stock, sales and customer demand, and enjoy working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience within stock, inventory, retail operations or a similar role
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sell-through
- Confidence working with replenishment, markdowns and stock movement
- An eye for visual merchandising and product presentation
- Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise high volumes of stock
- The ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy
- A team-oriented approach and willingness to jump onto the sales floor when needed
- Energy and resilience to thrive within a fast-paced flagship-style environment

Above all, you'll be someone who can look at the stock in front of you and understand what needs to happen next to support sales.
