HSE Systems Specialist | Safety Software Implementation

- 6-week contract with strong likelihood of extension
- Milton office, minimum 4 days per week onsite
- Implement a new HSE platform end-to-end with a leading mining business

About the role
Our client, a well-established mining business, is implementing Quartex InControl - a safety management platform covering incident management, safety inspections and metrics reporting.

They're looking for someone to come in and drive that implementation alongside their Safety and Operations teams. You'll be involved from requirements specification through to build and configuration, translating what the business actually needs into a system that works for the people using it.
This is a hands-on contract with a clear scope and a defined end point. The first six weeks are the heavy lifting; there's a strong likelihood the engagement continues beyond that.

What you'll be doing

- Working directly with Safety and Operations stakeholders to specify system requirements
- Configuring and building out Quartex InControl across incident management, inspections and reporting modules




- Mapping how the platform sits alongside the business's existing systems and organisational structure
- Setting up metrics and reporting outputs that give the safety team usable data
- Supporting testing, data considerations and rollout readiness

What we're looking for

- Previous administrator or system owner experience on an HSE platform - Enablon, SAI360, Cintellate or similar
- Essential Background in an industrial, mining, resources or heavy operations environment, with an understanding of how safety systems interact with other business systems and org structures
- Confidence working with stakeholders across safety and operational teams to gather and challenge requirements
- Robust reporting and data capability
- Available to work onsite in Milton a minimum of four days per week

Experience with Quartex InControl specifically is a bonus, not a requirement what matters is that you've been on the build and administration side of a safety system before.
