About the Role
As the Administrative Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Legal Services, the Head of Workplace and Human Relations and the Head of Policy, Funding & Compliance. As part of this role, you will build your understanding of key stakeholders within the network of schools, the AISSA Board and the individual identities of the schools to provide effective and reflective support.
Duties
- Provide scheduling and calendar support to senior staff
- Action incoming calls by scheduling times for consultation
- Provide administration support as required
- Prepare formal documentation
- Transcribe from audio dictation
- Provide effective document and records management
- Attend to telephone enquiries
- Collaborate with the wider administration team to ensure smooth office operations
- Contribute to change management strategies
Skills & Experience
- Previous success in a supportive administration role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated CRM experience
- Experience using Microsoft suite, HubSpot, Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and Teams would be advantageous
